No person under the age of 18 years may register, access, or use any real-money feature of pakgam under any circumstance. pakgam reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
2.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pakgam is lawful under the laws of your country, province, state, or territory of residence. pakgam makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.
2.3 pakgam does not provide services to individuals who are self-excluded from gambling platforms or who are subject to a court order, regulatory restriction, or other legal prohibition on gambling activity.
2.4 Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of pakgam or its technology and payment partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the platform.
3.1 You may hold only one (1) account on pakgam. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, payment method, device, IP address, or other identifying information — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. pakgam is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakgam login credentials. pakgam will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
3.4 pakgam may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") before processing any withdrawal request. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds where legally permissible.
3.5 You must notify pakgam immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting us at [email protected].
All pakgam accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. pakgam is not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate movements if you choose to convert funds through a third-party service.
4.1 pakgam accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding gaming activity on pakgam. pakgam does not function as a banking institution or financial services provider. Funds held in your pakgam wallet do not accrue interest.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. pakgam reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures before approving withdrawal requests.
4.4 pakgam does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. pakgam is not responsible for third-party fees.
4.5 pakgam reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
4.6 In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify pakgam immediately and must not wager those funds. Any winnings generated from erroneously credited funds may be voided.
pakgam complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") principles. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close accounts where AML concerns arise. Players must not use pakgam for any purpose connected with the proceeds of criminal activity.
5.1 pakgam may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 pakgam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional terms is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus and associated winnings.
5.5 pakgam reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a promotion has been claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on pakgam are final once confirmed. Under no circumstances may a placed bet be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where pakgam explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation feature for that specific bet type.
6.2 pakgam's sports betting odds, lines, and markets are set by our trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds unless a manifest pricing error has occurred.
6.3 In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or bonus calculation, pakgam reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and correct the error. Decisions on manifest errors are final.
6.4 pakgam may suspend or void markets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, corruption investigations, technical failure, or force majeure events.
6.5 All RNG-based casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes under studio supervision. pakgam does not manipulate game outcomes.
Cricket betting on pakgam follows standard industry settlement rules. PSL, international, and domestic cricket matches are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other competent authority). Rain-affected or abandoned matches are settled according to the specific rules published for that event type.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakgam and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibition above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on pakgam — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, odds data, text, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakgam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pakgam platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any pakgam content.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of pakgam intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
Gaming should always be entertainment — never a solution to financial problems or emotional distress. If you feel your gaming habits are becoming problematic, please use the tools available in your pakgam account settings immediately. Support resources are available through your account dashboard.
9.1 pakgam is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools in every account at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
9.2 Responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period. Reductions take effect immediately.
9.3 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration. pakgam will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across the platform but cannot guarantee exclusion from unsolicited communications that have already been sent.
9.4 By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that: (a) gambling involves risk of financial loss; (b) winnings are never guaranteed; (c) you will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose; and (d) you accept sole responsibility for your own gambling decisions.
9.5 pakgam may use responsible gaming indicators to identify players who may be at risk and may reach out proactively or apply protective restrictions to their account. Such interventions are not punitive and do not constitute account suspension.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any bet or gaming decision you make; (c) technical failures, network outages, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control; or (d) unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials.
10.2 pakgam's total aggregate liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your pakgam wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.4 The pakgam platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.1 You may close your pakgam account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to outstanding wagering requirements and applicable verification procedures.
11.2 pakgam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, without prior notice, where: (a) we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law; (c) we detect fraud or AML risk; or (d) continued operation of your account presents a risk to the platform or other users.
11.3 Upon termination for breach, pakgam may void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are withheld, you will be notified of the reason and the process for resolution.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pakgam shall first be referred to pakgam's customer support team for resolution through our internal dispute process.
12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
12.3 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
